which solvent will you take. i heard something like film cleaner or Naptha but its hard to get in germany

I ultrasonically clean small parts in an aqueous solution, using soft soap, isopropyl alcohol and (if the metal is compatible) ammonia. Rinse (two rinses) in boiling water and dry on a warm (just hot enough to hold your hand on for 10-15 seconds) hotplate, the parts dry in seconds. If there is dried/hardened grease, soak in any petroleum solvent, benzine, naphtha, Coleman fuel, etc. Final clean as above. Peg out all pivot holes until the peg emerges clean, clean pivots in pith or cork. You can't properly clean a shutter without disassembling it.

Edit - There's no point using a high quality oil if the surfaces are not properly cleaned and prepared. I believe Moebius has a datasheet regarding this; Moebius oils are for clocks and watches and have fairly specific applications.
Don't leave springs in the ultrasonic for more than 15 seconds or so, I'd clean them by hand myself.
There are endless ways to do half a job; many are recommended on the internet and even illustrated on youtoob.

Here in the states I use CRC QD Electronic Cleaner, Dead Link Removed. It does an excellent job and leaves no residue. It is sold in automotive parts stores and hardware stores.
The CRC Germany site lists Electronic Cleaner http://www.crcind.com/crc/CRCproductdetail.csp?division=automotive&product=ELECTRONIC CLEANER which is probably similar and Precision Cleaner http://www.crcind.com/crc/CRCproductdetail.csp?division=automotive&product=PRECISION CLEANER which is much stronger may damage some plastics.
Requirements are: leaves no residue, does not remove coatings, safe on plastics and rubber.

There are indeed lighterfluids which are not that clean themselves and leave a residue.
My favorite lighterfluid is the one from the german DM Drogerie (Benzin für Feuerzeuge u.Haushalt).

Hope they still sell it as i didn't see any last time i was around there.

Well DM Drogerie did stop selling their Lighter fluid.

Luckily I managed to find the original producer, a company called Centralin Gesellschaft Kircher Chemie in Germany.

In the mean time some testing was done with several lighter fluids and naphta (Coleman Fuel). Centralin will be my future favorite for cleaning with the least residue.

See here for the tests :

However, discussions after publishing also revealed to me another good cleaner. IPA which is short for Isopropyl Alcohol. That stuff in spray cans is quite expensive but I managed to find an address which sells it much cheaper in bottles.
