For the few people still using the ColorStar 3000.

Since I have the ColorStar and I change papers a lot, I just want to put the analyzer into use. Hope it can help with a good starting point and I do not have to print many test strips....

I have the 3000 manual and have read Frances Schultz's walk-through. In her tutorial, she calibrated it with known negative setup.

The other way is to use the B&W grey test negative. I have it and I'd like to use it to start. Should I follow the section "Reprogramming with the GreyTest Negative"? If yes, how can I decide if the test print is neutral grey? With all densities equal to 0.55?

Thx.
