How to add effect on negative?

I accidentally found an interesting instagram. They make some effect on negative to be a pre-expose negative. How can I do something like that? any technic? oh I attached some links below.

I think those are Lomography films, with those "special effects", something like Revolog, Volvox and other:
http://shop.revolog.net/category/special-effect-films

You can make those effect by yourself, by destroying the film in some way.

How about a simple double exposure? If you camera supports this, you could even do this on a frame per frame basis without investing a whole roll.

Yeah, I just want to make it myself. But I have no clue how to do it.

Use filter color flash on a white background? Would it work?

Anything should work which throws photons of desired amount and energy against your film. Note: you can only brighten image areas (or darken negative areas).
