I used to go for three to four films a month, developing almost a film per weekend. Now that electric guitar and cycling hopped in, I do a film a month.
I shoot all year long. In fact, For me, winter is most changeable and dramatic, whether landscape or people (clothes make the man..and woman). My experimental days ended many decades ago, as did my favorite films. Now, for everything from 4x5 to Minox:
Ilford 100&400
HP5
Provia100
Ektar (Minox subminiature only)
For movies: Kodak triX for 16mm and Super8;until my freezer stash runs out.
I have other films in freezer but above are what I use with some consistently.
In 35mm:
1 Portra 400 for colour
2 Kodak Plus200 as a cheapo throwaway for the Lomo camera my 5 year old uses
3 On the rare occasion I want to shoot B&W it is XP2
In 120
1. Portra 160/400 depending on the light (Rollei only goes up to 1/500!) during the day, a bit of Portra 800 for sunset
2. Used to use HP5 for B&W though have now switched to Bergger Pancro 400
3. Playing with Cinestill 50D/800T so the odd roll here and there
