Did my wife put you up to asking that question? She should know, they are all over the house. The answer is more than 50 put less than 100, ranging from 1/2 frame 35mm to 8 X 10. A nice mix of pinhole, toy and real cameras with clusters around, folders, pinholes, Olympus OM series, Hasselblad and 4 X 5 and I guess three 8 X 10 would be a mini cluster. Yes, too damn many. She already knows that.Bill Barber
if you have realized that, you can!Who counts? Actually I have five, each of which in capable of making better photographs than I can....Regards!
Hi,
I'm new here but thought I would chip in with my collection. I do use digital for copying original artwork and we print thousands of limited edition art prints for artists. I also use a Fuji X-Pro1 and X100T for some personal work but when it comes to shooting documentary/projects I always revert to film.

The underlying question in this thread is, how many cameras does one need to own before men in white coats drag you off to a rubber room on the funny farm ?
It's just that I feel that some members are starting to feel uncomfortable with the number of cameras they own.

I made my decision Les many years ago that I'm more interested in photography that accumulating photographic equipment, I have never owned an original F1 or a F1n although they are fine cameras, but I do have three New type F1's which are everything I require in a 35mm camera, end of story.I may be wrong but based on your previous responses, you are probably the only one who is as dedicated to one camera model in the whole forum. Ok, maybe two models, Canon F-1 and New F-1. And as I recall, bought many years ago. I make no judgement whether that is a good thing or a bad thing . . .
I reckon if you have to be dedicated to a model or two, the two you settled on are formidable.
I refuse to divulge the exact number of cameras I have because I'm ashamed of myself.
