Well, this week, I went down from 6 to 5, with one going to a good home. Next month another one is on its way to a young photographer in Toronto, which will leave me at 4. Of those, one is a museum piece, one a piece of crap (I might convert it to a lamp :D) and the other two get regular use. Unless I get more dropped off at my door (which seems to happen) that is about it for the time being.

I have 5 that are set up:

- Four LPL 4550 XLG's. Two set up for color and two for B&W
- Durst 2501 horizontal for 8x10 format

I have another LPL 4550 that is missing a few parts and I have two Omega D5's that are also missing a few parts. The Omega's are available :D

I have my first Omega that started as a DII but had a VC drawer added at some point before I got it.
I recently converted it to a "Super Chromega D Dichroic II" (that's a mouthfull  )

I kept the condenser lamp house of course and sometimes crave the biting contrast and sharpness but not the dust.

I wish I had room for both.

6 I think. I still have my first quite a rare early Gnome enlarger, the shop gave it me free on the condition I bought an enlarger lens from them and it was new, unused, but had been sat in the store for over 15 years hidden away :D

My main enlarger is a De Vere 5108 which I use for 10x8, 5x4, 9x12, 6x17, 6x9 & 6x6, but I also use a Durst M670 for 6x6, 6x4.5 and now very rare 35mm, and have a spare older Durst.

I've an enlarger I offered free here on APUG a Russian suitcase thing for 35mm, no takers unfortunately :D and a JOBO for possible workshop use.

More than my share. A late vintage Beseler 45mcx with Ilford 500 head & two dichro heads on the shelf. A Omega D5 cond set up beside the Beseler. A 23CII that I bought 30 years ago on standby. Two more D5's in the basement, one with a condenser head one with a Dichro head. I hope to make a spot to set the Dichro D5 .

A Focomat II with no light source (it had the Ilford 500 on it and I do have spare 500 setup that will fit). A durst M301 and a M600 - looking for a good home. A couple Omega 700s and a 760 with Dichr0 heads - not in good shape. And I think there is one more unknown in pieces.

I guess 10-12 all told.

Only one operating in my home darkroom, a lpl 670dxl. Great machine.

Had a omega c700 that I gave away.

Still have a omega 67XL that I cannibalized for a baseboard and storing for a backup.

And I oversee 2 lpl 6700s and one lpl 6600 at the darkroom I teach in.

I have two: an Omega D2 that I absolutely love, and a Beseler 45MCRX that I have yet to use because I don't have lensboards or negative carriers for it.

Two:
- A Beseler 67C with a dichroic head as an option - I bought this in condenser form new in the 1970s and used it happily until about three years ago (and intend to keep it with hopes of room for a two enlarger darkroom); and
- An Omega D6 with an Ilford 400 Multigrade head, which I bought used with a slew of accessories

At one stage I had 6!

My first an LPL 66II, followed up by the addition of a Meopta Opemus II which was given to me by a friend. I then picked up another Opemus II and a gazillion others bits and pieces for $100.

Next up, I got into colour printing for a while, and splashed out $695 for an LPL 6700 which became my workhorse as I was able to modify to also allow me to print from my beloved Kodak Junior 6x9.

Landed my next LPL 7700 for $10 - including 2 lenses, 4 carriers, Novex timer, an 11x14 easel and a quick-mask 8x10 Saunders easel.

My latest acquisition is an LPL7452 head for $25/case of beer, which will actually end up costing about $600 once I get the column and counterweight delivered from Japan.

Parted out most of these now - covered the outlay of the original LPL66 and 6700 easily enough, so once I've got the 4x5 up and running, I'll be seriously contemplating selling the 6700.

For now, operational-wise I guess I've got 1.5 enlargers on the go.

One LPL 6700.
One floor mount Old model De Veere 504 5x4" enlarger with 40x50" baseboard.
Two De Veere 504 bench mounts with 20x30 baseboard.
All have colour analysers on them.
I love people going digital! $250 got me the lot with another $150 for a set of lenses to suit 35, 6x6 and 4x5...all Rodagons.

I have two. An LPL 6700 which I have had for a few years and an old DeVere 54 (not 504) which I have converted to an LED light source.

I kept the 6700 to use for 35mm but the big DeVere does this small format just as well so I only use one enlarger now.

Steve.

I've got five.

Meoptas: Optimus and Axomat (one set up for 6 X 6, the other 35mm)

A DeVere 108 for large format

a Victorian wood horizontal affair for small glass plates.

an anonymous 1950s 6 X 9 upright thing.

- Neither of these last two are used, much. Occasionally useful if someone else wants me to print something from a format bigger than 6 X 6 but smaller than half plate.

Right now, I have two set up- a Beseler 4x5, and an Omega 5x7. Sitting outside the darkroom door, are a Durst M-800 (which needs to find a new home), and an LPL/Saunders 4550XLG. I was given the LPL, in September, but haven't had a chance to set it up. It's on the "to-do" list, as it also came with the Heiland Splitgrade system, which I'm eager to try. If I like the LPL combo, the Beseler will probably need a new home, too....
