Is "I don't know" a reasonable answer?
At least 3, I am pretty sure, not counting various sized sheet film holders.

3.
Canon AE-1 loaded with Kentmere 100 being exposed at 50 for eventual souping in Rodinal. I haven't tried this combination yet.
Canon AT-1 loaded with HP5+being exposed at 800.
Bronica ETR-Si loaded with Ektar (being boring and exposed at 100), just waiting for the autumn colours to show up.

12.. I'll shoot half a roll, then grab a different camera the next time I shoot, and so on... I'm not going to load another camera until all of these are finished. I like Fotch's idea, I'm going to start doing that.

Just my Pentax PZ-1 which is loaded with expired (2002 lol) Ektachrome to see if I even get an image. I bought these a year ago on ebay without realizing that expired slide film might do far worse than print.. guess we'll see. Luckily I can still get E6 processed locally (with week turnaround)

Other than an outdated roll of consumer C41 800 speed in freezer I'm out of 35mm film, but were into put it in the cameras I could choose between an OM-1, OlyXA, Nikon FM, a canon t70 if like to find a new home for and a Mamiya Seekor.
1 have one Bakelite Ansco 620 camera with no film.
Someday, I'd like to have a pocketable folder in 120 but not sure if I want 6x6 or 6x9 or both...
Pinhole cameras in 4x5 (doesn't take film holders), 5x8 (also requires darkroom or changing bag), 8x10 that does take film holders.
Busch Pressman D 4x5
Sinar P with kit for 4x5 and 5x7 ---is that one or two cameras? Can only use one at a time.
A home built clumsy 8x10.
Upwards of 40 sheets of 4x5 and 5x7 loaded and 10 sheets of 8x10 loaded. The 4x5s are all expired Tmax100 and 400 but I just was given a bunch of expired color 4x5 and fall is coming so may need to make a switch there. Or just shoot some of the tmax.
5x7 and 8x10 is Carestream Kodak Ektascan B/RA xray film (I cut it to 5x7 under red led safelight.)
almost all these cameras operate without batteries. I have batteries in a Gossen Meter and I use my iPhone as a meter, too.
now that the high temp for the day isn't extremely hot or nights really cold I probably ought to keep at least the 4x5 press camera in the trunk of my car.

Expired film often works. Oldest I've ever used was dated for 1957. It was 8x10 film. Film's been used---about a dozen sheets. Still have a little of the same vintage Azo paper it came with.

Way too freaking many. I need to trim my collection down some more and donate some of them to the FPP.

Thank you. I will now go and finish the films as I realize a couple of them have been sitting for a few years without the film being finished.
Zeiss ZM with Ektar 100.
Bessa iii 667 with two shots left (this is only a few weeks old).
Contax RX with Velvia 50
Canon T90 with something.
Rollei 35 which I have not even started after 3 years.

In total I have a ratio of 7 film cameras to every digital. Bad news is I have 7 digitals.

None, nada, zilch.

I have learnt my lesson the hard way - don't leave a camera with a film loaded in it! If you are not going to use the camera for a while, finish that damn film off. I've opened the back of a camera that hasn't been used for a while too many times only to discover that there was still a film in it....

I have now learnt to make sure that I finish that film off on the day (or thereabouts) that I am using it.

My new Arax 60 arrived from AraxFoto today and I pulled out my Pentacon 6 TL and Pentax 645 to compare it with so now I have three more cameras loaded with film.

I haven't seen the photos yet but I can tell you this already. Between slapping mirrors and whining motor drives the Pentacon is the quieter camera...believe it or not. Of the two with waist level viewfinders the Arax 60 is far brighter, but of all of them the Pentax 645 is the easiest to handle with the best viewfinder, but it doesn't shoot a square frame.

I may have to put out a WTB for a nice Pentax 67 complete with lens to see how it compares. Actually, for what its' worth, I do like the Arax so far.

Five A12s currently (2xPanF+,3xE100G) ready for the Hasselblad next weekend; a single roll of E100G just pulled out of the freezer, to be loaded in an F5 tomorrow in the am.

I never had that problem. I always assume that guns and cameras are loaded. The difference is that I label the camera with the film type.
