Hi All,

Sorry if this thread was posted before (just ignore it then).

How long will film remain available? 5, 10 years. Sure don't look into a cristal ball but I really wonder. Signs are bad, aren't they?

Thanks for your reactions.

Can we have this topic closed as Mike says it's been flogged to death :D

Based on that rationale Ian, 45.6% of the all the threads on the forum should be closed today. Gheeeeez. :D

It would be easier to give a definitive answer to the poster's question. And I know the answer to be . . . 21,163 weeks, 4356 minutes, 5 seconds, +/- 26.7 milliseconds. If I could figure out how to get my calculator off the hexidecimal display mode, I could narrow down this answer even further.

You're off by 3 years and 0.56 ms.

Nicefor88,
You are trying everything to rack up an impressive post-count in the shortest possible time, even if it means resorting to this sort of question, aren't you?

Film will remain available as long as people are still buying it. Way more than ten years.

I'd like to be optimistic Charles but everytime I bring rolls to my local lab they make me feel like a Jurassic photographer.
Maybe I should change lab...
