I have a line on a lot of gold and selenium toner, some of it may have been opened, some not, but it's all in original bottles undiluted. i've searched a little bit here but everything I find is more concerned with diluted toners. So how long would these last undiluted.

Thanks,
John

As far as I am aware - indefinitely

That has always been my understanding.

Stock solutions should last indefinitely as long as they have been stored properly (e.g., not frozen, etc.). Testing will tell the tale.

Best,

Doremus

This is not true of some gold toners. Their shelf life may be fairly short.

This gold toner is the fotospeed brand. The selenium is Kodak. I have to pay a little for a ton of it so I can't test it before I pay.

Well I went and picked it up. I got 10 bottles of unopened Kodak Selenium and 5 1 litre FotoSpeed Gold Toner bottles. All for only $35
I'll test it, hopefully it all works. How long should the gold toner be able to be reused?

If it all works out I'll be set on toner for a while!
