Yup most definitely, im pretty stoked that Kodak is actually embracing their products now and respects that their products now hold a niche market that they can capitalise on.It’s appropriate that the host pauses at the end to ask how this series makes you feel. Mainly I’m thankful for channels like his, and companies like Kodak that are willing to share how they make their products with us. Film is amazing enough without knowing how it’s made, but once you learn even a little about the complexity involved how can you be less than gobsmacked?
Two thumbs up.
They are doing the right thing that many of the community wants by introducing a whole bunch of retro cameras and re-introducing products such as Ektachrome.
I was concerned for a long time that this company was going the way of the dodo.
Who knows, they may someday bring back Kodachrome from the grave? Its a shame they discontinued it, if they held off a little while longer, they may have been able to keep the product alive in a more efficient manner (me thinks of introducing some kind of K-lab minilabs)
big ask but never say never
