How get 2475-like sharp grain?

Thanks for that excellent piece of photo history... my 2475-loving pals and I weren't into non-conventional developers and were very disappointed to find 2485 totally unrewarding Vs Tri X and perhaps Rodinal/stand. I know that a few of us then began working with point-light sources and whatever-film to get a perhaps-comparable look, though very few of us had enlargers with adequate condensers (my Durst 609). I don't think any of us used 2475 as a low-light film, Tri X was adequate for that.

Interestingly, Lewis Baltz used 35mm Kodak 2475 Recording film to get extremely sharp, yet fine grained enough negatives that rival 4x5.
