How do YOU pronounce Rodinal

It must be an accent thing. Just like the divergent pronounciations of Nikon. It's interesting that here in New Zealand where we have a large English influence on our accent and pronounciations, I would automatically assume Rodinal is pronounced ROD-in-all.. It sounds peculiar to me to pronounce it the other way.
 
We should not take things too seriously. I as all Germans pronounce Kodak differently than you native English speakers and I doubt that any of you could pronounce Gevaert the original way. So what?

And what about Agfa? Which pronounciation is the correct one?
The original German one? Or the Flemish one (the way many people of Agfa pronounce it)?

A number of us practice the darkroom arts is quiet solitude, rarely talking to others that use the same chemicals and thus establishing our own pronunciation for them. What brought this up was that the other day I was imagining giving a talk where I was showing an image that had been developed with Rodinal. In the middle of this imagined talk, when I said that I used Rodinal as the developer, I looked around the room and noticed that everyone was looking at each other saying, "what the hell is this guy talking about?"

Alas, after reading everyones responses I am now sure that my fears were well founded!

Well, my `L´ would be more pronounced... Nice idea with that soundfile.

But Ralph put emphasis on `Agfa´.

Playing with the file, it seems that it plays through with some sound players but gets hung up in others. It will play through in Kaffeine, but not in Dragon player or Amarok2.
 
Oh, Ralph, I have been pronouncing Agfa the dutch way... with the 'g' pronounced [x].

Cute piece of trivia from wikipedia, my emphasis:

So now it seems I should pronounce Agfa the German way and Gevaert the Flemish way (kinda like Chefart, I forget the IPA symbol, maybe [ç]). You don't pronounce Gevaert like Gefaehrt, right ?!

I stopped calling it Rodinal a while back. I now refer to it as "The Developer"

They joined forces in 1964.

On the pronunciation of Agfa:
As I stated above, with Agfa being a Flemish company since 1998 (practically maybe even longer) this is a tricky question.
I pronounce it the German way.

Gevaert:
The first way, though "Chefart" will not produce the right sound for the `G´...
 
I've heard somebody refer to it as: "Silent King".
Appropriate, perhaps?
