How do I make a slosher tray?

Hi,

I am looking to make a slosher tray for developing 10x8 sheet film. Anyone got tips for what to make it out of and what sort of configurations would be best. Four 10x8 sheets in carrier in a 20x24 tray???

There is instructions for making one here . It is for 4X5 but you can probably adapt it for 8X10.
