I am looking at a Rittreckview camera with a 4x5 back on the web. The 4x5 back looks a little different from a normal Graflok back. Will a Horseman 6x12 back fit in a Rittreck 4x5? The Horseman back worked on a Linhof Technika and a Graflok.

Subsequently I bought a Rittreck View with a 4x5 Graflok back. The usual Rittreck 4x5 set up will not allow the use of Graflok accessories.

Is it a wooden back you purchased? I own the one you posted in first message and it is not a Graflok one.

The back is a metal 4x5 Graflok mounted on the Rittreck, It looks similar to the original post but definitely a Graflok (my Horseman 6x12 roll film holder fits!). I also acquired a wooden 5x7 Graflok back and a wooden 8x10 back.

I have 2 of these cameras (+ wooden 5x7 and 8x10 backs and a mamiya style 6x9 sliding back). both cameras have a metal 4x5 back with ground glass and hood. both are not graflock, no graflok style sliders. they accept any standard 4x5 accessory which can slide under the ground glass. my sinar vario 6x12 back fits perfectly. but I doubt that the horseman fits under the glass.
