You can check the voltage to the bulb (carefully), if you have a True RMS volt meter. I’ll come back a bit later with the spec.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did check the voltage with a true RMS meter and it is sitting at 82.1 V. On the "doh" side, I forgot to put in the 35mm light box instead of the 6x7 box. That did lighten up the image quite a bit. Since I haven't built the darkroom yet, I wont know right away if the whole thing works, but, I have had a ton of fun just rebuilding it.
