High price for Portra 800 in 120

I just noticed Portra 800 in 120 is about $11 per roll at B&H and even more everywhere else. When did this happen? It also shows it as discounted with limited quantities available.

What I know in Japan, the price of the Portra 800 in 120 size was increased more than 100% on Feb. 4th 2015.
IIRC, it was approx 5,000 Yen (per 5 rolls pro pack, approx $8 per roll) but price increased to 11,400 Yen (approx $20) on Feb 4th.
The price of other Kodak films also increased on Feb 4th but the price increase of Portra 800 was really "impressive" and substantial compared to other Kodak films.

Portra was 5 dollars here in istanbul when gold was 2.5 dollars. This price difference and demise of Kodak stories wiped all the film sell from the stores.
