Hi

Mostly I use Fotokemika graded Emaks papers (soft, normal and hard) and Kodak Dektol or Ilford Multigrade developers (easy to get in Croatia). Now I have a negative that I exposed badly resulting in low contrast but I still would like to print it.
Could anyone suggest me any developer (dilution) for high contrast prints with Emaks? Or if someone can suggest me a higher grade paper, prefer Baryta graded papers, slightly coldtone will be good in this case but neutral or slightly warmtone might be OK too?
Thanks!

Pozdrav,
Zvonimir

(there was a url link here which no longer exists) it's here in the Chemistry section.

Selenium toning the negative may help as well.

Might be easier to print and develop with your standard developer, then bleach back with Farmer's Reducer.

Grades that is from one package to next.
My envelopes of Kentmere Bromide and
Emaks showed the Bromide to be an
easy one grade more contrasty.
Highest contrast, Slavich.

Dektol is a contrasty developer and likely
only a little less so than any most contrasty
developer. The Beer's series of developers
makes for good contrast control, low
to high. Dan
