Hello from Georgia... I have been told to come here, I own a Minolta srT200 and I am begginer photographer.

ya.. analogue is... film am I correct?


I've never used a camera with manual focus, and zoom, and ISO.. I want a lense for the minolta that let's me zoom and focus seperatly

That's right. Analog means film. Zoom lenses always let you zoom and focus seperately. As to which lens to buy....open another thread. I'm sure you'll get lots of good advice.

Atlanta area, and there are quite a few of us including Southern TN & NC, as well as north AL. As a matter of fact, we're having a get together in the N. GA 'hills' Sept 17. Ah.. I've lived in Warner Robins, now live in Byron. it's about 10 minutes south of Macon.

Wow, Post sure did shoot up there since I last logged in.. Having computer troubles at the minute.


Just loaded the Minolta up with some film, Will be taking pictures soon.
