I'm having trouble analyzing that pic...


If your hands are always that green, I'd recommend seeing your doctor.

From that pic, I can't tell if there's any Wood effect from using just a red filter....

It’s a pic I took on my phone and inverted. Top image is no filter EI 3, then R25 EI 3 and R25 EI 1.5. Tree goes extremely white with the filter
