There's not a lot of info out there on this lens. I did have a thread earlier in the year about it:

It will cover 4x5 and then some.
The glass could use a good cleaning but is clear and unscratched.
It would likely make a great portrait lens for 4x5.

Unfortunately no.
I had intended to have a lens board made for my Speed Graphic but since I went to 8x10 I have pretty much abandoned 4x5.
Thus the reason for selling it.
