So, I'm looking at 2 formulas from DigitalTruth.com, where the massive dev chart is located. I am assuming these are reader submitted formulas. Something doesn't seem right in the proportions - can anyone verify this for me?

Solution A makes 500ml, solution B makes 2 liters. Huh? They are used in the same proportion! Should I just scale one down, or is there something else wrong here?
