So I'm attempting to develop film with a Fuji hunt c-41 Kit.

The instructions are a little confusing.

So on Page 4 it states developer time is 3'15".

On page 6 it states

"As soon as the tank is filled, tap the bottom firmly on the sink or table to dislodge an air bells, agitate vigorously for 30 seconds. With invertible tanks complete one inversion per cycle second , total of 30 complete inversions. After the initial inversion agitation, place the tank in the water bath for 13 seconds. At the end of this time remove it and agitate it for 2 seconds or perform 2 complete inversions. Repeat this procedure for 10 seconds before the end of the processing step. Then empty the tank by draining for 10 seconds. "

I'm not sure if im missing something here but it doesn't seem to add up to 3 minutes. Subsequently im confused how to use the same method with the bleach and fixer as recommended in the instructions. I have experience using the cinestill kit. Can I use that method of agitating for the initial 10 seconds then every 30 agitate with 4 inversions. If I can, will this method yield lower quality results?

Just agitate fairly often. Fuji says 30s at the beginning and then 2 quick inversions at every 15s mark. Stop agitating at 3:05 (10s before the end) and drain the tank.

If that's too much for you, I'm pretty sure you can get away with agitating every 20-30s.

Don't stress too much about bleach and fix temps and agitation. If you are worried just extend the times a bit for bleach and fix, you basically can't overdo it.

What @brbo says.

Development time is 3m15 seconds, and this time assumes pretty much continuous agitation, or a scheme that closely resembles it. The instructions give IMO overly detailed suggestions and frankly I'd ignore them and just agitate 'a lot'. The goal is to ensure that there's no developer depletion occurring anywhere at the surface of the film. Generally, vigorous agitation every 15 to 30 seconds achieves that goal; with C41 I'd try not to let the tank sit idle for too long.

As to bleach and fix: these steps go to completion. Stick to the times in the Fuji Hunt kit and agitate frequently. Every 30 seconds or so will be fine. The times for the bleach and fix steps have a huge safety margin built into them.
