*sighs*
I've just got myself a dense roll of 120 negative [2 stops over I think], tri-x it is, I've no option for a re-shoot and have to have prints done for saturday.

I think I can get Farmers Reducer, any tips on how to use it and if its worth my while. Should I just print it and hope for the best?

i would go ahead and make a few prints, then use the reducer. Put it in a white bottom tray as it will be easier to see. wash and photo flow as usual.
