(there was a url link here which no longer exists)

read what I wrote here. I have been doing this 50 years now and it works for me.

Are all the negs inthe roll exhibit this streak and all in the same place? I would suspect a light leak. Without further info and examples, cant make a very educated quess. List camera, developing equiptment, procedure, etc.

it doesn't happen in the whole film. another frame Dead Link Removed doesn't have this problem. it shouldn't be a light leak as it didn't occur when i took another film and developed in rodinal. i used plastic container (paterson). i wonder whether diafine doesn't go well in plastic container or whether the solution go exhausted. i agitated 5 sec/min and 4 mins for each of the solutions.

actually, this problem did happen last time when i developed 135 film with 5 sec/1.5mins agitation. i thought it was because of inadequate agitation. so i agitated every min this time. however, the problem still exists.

Hey Eric. Great shot! I think the vertical steak works for the shot. Anyway, is the shot at the end of the roll of film? I have a hunch that you might have crinkled the film while loading the film on the reel when you souped it.
