Help to identify a technique. How is this done?

Hi guys, i'm pretty new here so forgive me if this has been posted in the wrong spot. I've recently retired and im looking to explore a few alternative techniques. I've found a few artists who produce a few images (see attachments) in this way and i've always wondered how they achieve this. Does anyone have any insights?

Agree with Paul. If I were to hazard a guess, a cheerful collection of colorful LEDs was used.

The blue one might have been made with one of these lamps that are a bundle of optical fibres.

I'm not sure how that person did that, do they have a website, instagram, Facebook or Flickr account? it might be worth making contact with the person and asking them directly..

Are we talking 'artist intent?' because he thinks he is showing you a white canvas with a gray sploch in the middle....

I think the final print that the gent is holding was made by contact printing multiple air-brushed (with Marshall's colors) non-photo films (clear acetate)....I think the gent is showing us that one was not intended to be in register (we can see the mis-registration). Contact printed on direct positive color paper, such as Ciba or Ektachrome.
