I just picked up a Sinar Six light meter at an estate sale. The battery was dead, so I did my research and bought an alkaline PX 625 battery just to test it. The meter needle now moves but just barely; really it just wiggles in place.
I don't know if the meter is not working or I am doing something wrong. I found a couple of nice links by googling but none that seemed to help. Does anyone know what is wrong? I think it may be the cell, does anyone know where I can find a replacement? Does anyone have a manual for this meter? Does anyone have parts they would like to sell? I think it is just the wand portion that is giving me trouble.
