Hello!
I just realized that I've never introduced myself! So...here we are!

My name is Gabriele, I'm from Milan, Italy and I'm a student of medicine and surgery with the passion of photography.
I really love the 35mm format, but during the last year I've discovered an old 120mm Hassy, which I want to use really really much more than I do now! I've only soot one roll of portra160 and the results were amazing! I think I'm going to post here the pictures, even if they are not very interesting.

On the 35mm side, I'm a Pentaxian, with a Pentax ME Super and just a 50mm lens.
I prefer Prime lenses to zoom, because I love the IQ they can provide.

Of course I have not so much culture about film photography and this is one of the reason which brought me here to learn little by little from you.

Hope to be an active member of the comunity!

Welcome, Gabriele, and good luck with your studies. I think you will be glad that you joined APUG.

Welcome to APUG Gabriele! I was in Milan last month - unfortunately I didn't have enough time to explore it. Good luck with your studies and I look forward to seeing some of your work.

Welcome to APUG

Thank you all for your kind words!
And @mooseontheloose, if you'll come back in the city, send me a message!

Hello and a warm welcome to APUGland!

Gabriele... Hello and welcome to APUG!

Good Morning, Gabriele,

Welcome from southwestern Illinois, just across the Mississippi from St. Louis. Nice step up to MF; maybe someday the 4 × 5 bug will bite.

Hello from Capital of Roman Empire. I looked google images and found many different 120mm hasselblad lenses. They are amazing. Dont fall in to japanese tourist trap cameras.

Welcome to APUG.

But Umut, you live in Istanbul, not Constantinople

And Umut the Holy Roman Empire was not Holy, not Roman and not an Empire. Also what you do not know about Japanese cameras could fill an encyclopedia.
