Hello, when developing ecn-2, spots like this sometimes appear. Can you tell me what's the problem? The fix is made by c41 Chemicals, and the rest I produce myself. Distilled water is used for development and cleaning.

You mention ECN2, but I see a colorless/clear film base. What kind of film are you using?

The circled area at first glance looks like a drying mark. You mention using distilled water for washing the film. Is anything added to it - e.g. a surfactant/photoflo? This may help the water beading off of the film.
In any case, I'm pretty sure what you're seeing is caused by droplets of water clinging to the film and drying there.
