Hello from Zurich

Hey everyone,

After lurking on the forums for a while, I thought it's time to make an account and start being more active.

I am young enough to have grown up during the transition period between analog and digital, so my first "real" camera was digital. At some point, I lost interest in the hyper-realism digital offers and even in post-processing I could never quite get the look I was after.

Early last year, the analog bug bit me and since then I've rediscovered my passion for photography. I shoot about 80% 135 and 20% 120 and am currently looking into 4x5 for some more specific photo projects I have in mind. Developing and scanning at home allows me to make this entire hobby somewhat cost effective.

Thanks a lot to all of you posting super useful information on this forum. Especially when I started developing color film at home, this has been an invaluable resource. I specifically want to mention koraks here. His posts contain a wealth of information.
I hope I can give something back!
