Hello from Yorkshire, UK

Hello there,

I registered a while back, but only recently started taking an interest in the community. I started shooting film as a youth in the 90s, mainly Tri-X and HP5. I spent a little time in the darkroom at my local college which was most enjoyable.
I mainly used an Olympus OM-10 and a Zuiko 50mm f/1.8. I quite miss that old combo. In 2007 i bought a Nikon D200 but after a few joyless digital years I decided to get back into film. After purchasing a Nikon FE, a 50mm f/1.8, and a few rolls of HP5 the bug was back - the D200 was used less and less.
Now I carry a Nikon F3, a 50mm f/1.8, or when traveling light my XA.

I have a few rolls of HP5 to develop tonight at home. This site and the wealth of knowledge contained herein has been a catalyst, pushing me firmly back into the world of film.
