Hello from Paris, France

I'm a 33 years old free lance graphic designer, practicing photo as a hobby since at least 10 years. I started photo in an unusual way as you can see in my little chronological list of cameras :

Lubitel 6x6, still in hand, out of order but converted into a perfect pinhole camera (I like pinhole cameras, I built some in carton or sometime I use my 4x5" chamber) ;
Mamiya C330 F with 55mm, 80mm, 105mm DS, 180mm, resold ;
Rollei 6008 pro with 80mm and 120mm macro ;
Polaroid Land Camera 180 Pro ;
Cambo 4x5" SCN with a 150mm ;
Rollei 35 S ;
Horizon 202 panoramic.

In parallele from that, my little collection of 4x4 with 127 film :
Rollei Baby grey ;
Rollei Baby black pre-war 2,8/60mm 1932, 2nd version ;
Yashica 44A grey ;
Yashica 44 LM grey with non working built-in lightmeter ;
Rollei Baby black pre-war 3,5/60mm 1931, 1st version ;
Yashica 44 LM grey in great condition and working light meter ;
Komaflex S, a 4x4 SLR ;
and waiting for those I just bought on eBay :
Yashica 44 LM black and grey ;
Yashica 44A Lavender.

I'm also well equiped in flash, misc. accessories and dark room.

I hope to be a nice and maybe useful fellow here and share with you that passion we have in common.

As you have seen, I don't own any digital cameras and I don't plan to since I recently felt into a 127 cameras collecting frenzy !

J’espère que vous me pardoniez les errerus grammaticales et d’ortografie que je fais dans ce petit mesage. Je suis acadien de la Louisiana et j’ai appris le francis comme enfant de ma gran-mère, mais je suis perdu depus longtempts dans la Caroline du sud et il fait pas mal de temps que je n’essaie de m’exprimer en français.

T'as probablement déjà vu qu'il existe également un forum apug en français. Sur ma demande, Sean l'a démarré il y a quelques mois, en même temps qu'un forum hollandais. Malheureusement, depuis il n'y a eu que quelques messages dans le forum français, tandis que le forum hollandais a démarré très bien. Donc je crois qu'en tant que modérateur de ce groupe francophone, je n'ai pas assez de contacts sur le terrain. Aurais-tu des idées comment le faire fructifier plus?

Great camera the 124G, a friend of mine just found one like new in a yard sale for a bargain price and now he lets his pentax spotmatics at home and bring the 124G with him everytime everywhere !
