Hello there, I'm Colin.

This looks like a great camera community to be in. For the majority of my camera life I have used 35mm, then I moved into medium format, and most recently I jumped up to large format, in fact I'm still a LF virgin . Recently I got myself a Linhoff Technika II in remarkably good condition, now I am selling off all my 35mm gear to pay for the new acquisition. Gradually, with a lot of help from an APUG member I am building my working gear, I've got three lenses. Soon I will be making my first image.

The slow technique of LF is what really attracted me to it, I abhore the digital fad. Taking landscapes and studio portraits are what I want to do, and learning as I go from APUG members.

Greetings Colin. One of my favourite time-wasting activities is to type Linhof into eBay and see what comes up. Has lightened my wallet a few times! When that gets stale I type Leica and sort from highest to lowest price. Good for a laugh!
