Hi,
I'm Thomas. Is there anyone here who actively takes photos with subminiature cameras?

I take photos with these three types of cameras:
1. Minox A
2. Mamiya super 16
3. Edixa 16

I also enjoy repairing and restoring these cameras.

Certainly a few, yes.
There are some threads on smaller than 35mm formats in the Lo-Fi section: https://www.photrio.com/forum/forums/lo-fi-cameras.82/
You'll also see quite a few posts and images by @Minox there who is an active contributor of tiny format photos. He also posts regularly here: https://www.photrio.com/forum/forums/street.59/

There's no specific forum section dedicated to these small formats, but there's a bit here and there that may be worthwhile.

I think you may also want to check out posts by @xkaes who often refers people to http://www.subclub.org/ so I figure he's got a thing for miniature as well.

Welcome to Photrio. I use a Tessina camera which shoots half frame 35mm format film.

The Tessina must be a great camera. I would like to have that too, but unfortunately it is very expensive. What's nice, of course, is that she works with 35 mm films. Maybe later...

Of course, I have known your website for a long time. It's impressive how long you've been photographing with Minox and what you've tried. I am pleased that we now have direct contact.

I have only been working with Minox since the beginning of this year. I now own an A, B, BL, LX and EC and have taken photos with all of them. The workflow from film cutting to digitizing is complex, but great fun. As a minimalist, the Minox A is my favorite. I now have 3. One of them will be back in the next few days from being repaired by Don. I also came across DAG because of your good reports about him.

I shoot Minox 8x11, GaMi 16, Tessina, Minicord, Narciss and others that not able to remember for a while. Mainly shoot with Minox B/LX, GaMi16 and Tessina.

I have now received the Minox A back from Don. He did an incredibly good job. Cocking the shutter is so smooth and precise that I could hardly believe it at first.

Of course I can't judge the adjustment of the distance setting yet but I think it will be perfect too. Now I have to take photos with it...
