Hello from Finland

Hello,

I have been a member of the APUG community for a while, but now it is time to introduce myself.

I live in Finland. I am father of two kids, a 5-year old boy and my daugter is 8 years.
It seems that most fellow photographers shoot now digital cameras but there are a group of people here that keeps film as their most preferred format.

My gear is from Nikon: FM3A that I purchased new two years ago brand new. The F801s has served me well during the 3 years that I have had it. A good camera.

I am gratefull that we have this kind of an site on the web as the APUG is. One can find a lot of interesting info here with a friendly atmosphere.
I appreciate this a lot.

Please find enclosed one of my photos. This one is photographed on Kodak Tri-X 35mm film.

At the moment I shoot only 35mm film. It is so easy to scan with modest priced equipment.

I think I will learn here a lot. Only restriction is the limited time to spend for hobbies. As one has to work and take care of the children - and wife - there are only a few moments for good leisure time with cameras and photography.
