Hello, I'm new to the forum but a old constant reader of it. During the last years I could find many useful information here.

I am from Constanta, Romania and I am an old passionate about photography. During the years I have used with great pleasure many cameras and lenses on all formats, from 24x36 mm. to 4x5 inches. I still have a small collection of old lenses and cameras and use film as well as digital. They have different flavors for me and I like both.
My interest in the last 2 years moved to the Alternative Photography Processes and joining the discussions on this subject is the main reason I finally decided to join the forum.

I think it's as easy as everywhere in Europe. The prices may usually be a bit higher locally but sometimes one can have pleasant surprises. For instance when the Batis lenses started selling and in USA you had to pre-order and wait for a few months to get one I was able to get my 2 Batis lenses locally with no delay and ~100$ cheaper than the B&H price.
If you can't find something locally you can always order it online everywhere in Europe with no taxes or customs control, just as you order online locally. And the European legislation for returns and warranties applies in Romania, too.
