Just want to say Hi to all of you!

Decided to come here, because I like to explore and learn about analog photography and APUG seems to be one of the few forums left for it...

I started DIY b/w film (tried c-41 at home as well) in 2012 and in 2013 I started to wet print.
Do it mostly with 135 format RF cameras and 120 vintage folders. I take, develop and scan two+ rolls per week and enlarging negatives once per month. Up to 8x10, nothing big yet.

Cheers!
Konstantin.

Welcome to APUG Konstantin, from the left corner of the country.

Welcome to the asylum! Lots of information here, use the search function, it's a gold mine. Looking forward to giving you a hand and looking at your photographs.

Hei! This is lovely! West Coast, Prairies and Central Canada here. I'm sure Atlantic isn't missing, either
Vancouver (Richmond) was my street film photography start and I first learned about Ansel Adams after taking landscape pictures in Banff!

Yes, welcome from the right coast as well:wink:

Hello and welcome to APUGland, eh!:D

Welcome to APUG

Hello and welcome, Konstantin. I'm just north of Toronto. We sometimes have Toronto get togethers; you should come.

Hello from further left than Matt, on Vancouver Island. APUG is terrific! Just watch out. It's addictive. I own 3 times as many camera now as I did when I joined.

Many thanks to all of you! I couldn't even imagine how close the APUG to my home was

I sold some of my film cameras and selling more. Not because I gave up on film, but because I like to have few cameras and lenses to be able to concentrate on how to get the best from them.
But it is hard no to try some new format.

I have met one person whom I met in Toronto to learn about wet printing. Very helpful. Burlington Camera Store personnel is also great source for me not only for darkroom supplies. It would be nice to see another knowledgeable people in analog photography.

Konstantin. Or just Ko.

Hi Ko, welcome to APUG from another Canadian (although living much further west (or east?) than anyone else). Mostly from Manitoba, but I've also lived in Toronto -- never made it to Milton though!

Yeah, I hear that! And I swear they start to breed when you leave them alone too long. I found a lens today that I have no clue how I got it.
