Hello from Canada/Germany

Hello, my name is BJ and I'm a filmoholic...

I'm originally from Edmonton, AB, Canada, but am currently living in Cologne, Germany. I will return to Canada this summer, and hopefully settle around Montreal, QC.

I'm primarily a RF camera shooter (I have two Bessa Rs), but I also use MF folders, TLRs, and a home-made pinhole camera. I am currently dreaming of an 8x10 camera (and the money to shoot chromes with it).

I like the process of photography as much as the product, and enjoy developing my own film. I have darkroom gear, but have not yet had a chance to set it up and use it.
