Hello everyone! Greetings from Portugal!
I'm in photography already for 10 years, and now I decided to join Photrio! My work passes me through all branches of photography, from digital to the Alt processes. By the way, my favourite processes are Carbon and Gum Bichromate thus the name of my account. I work mostly black and white, searching for that volume and "3d-iness" that light can sculpture, and allways through a feeling of "saudade" (a Portuguese word with no translation).
I'm here to learn from everyone, as well as share to everyone my experiences.

Some people already told me about DAS, but here in Portugal is really hard to find and expensive. Dichromate here is OC in art and chemistry stores and really cheap, so if I take the proper precautions regarding the use and disposal it is harmless, and I take it very seriously.

Calvin Grier sells it from Spain where he lives & works. It's expensive though, that's for sure.

Thank you Andrew! I learned the carbon process in Uni, but gum was mostly from your videos on youtube!
