Headless tripod arca swiss clamp

I use my berlebach tripod without head and I think its the way for me but I would like to ad arca swiss clamp to it, I have rotating knob insert on my tripod.
Looking at varios clamps they look too thin and dont have specified max load.
Anyone advice on clamp to buy?
What Im afraid of is the tripod screw going thought clamp and blocking plate/rail from sliding in. Is the official arca conversion adapter tall enought?

I should add that I use this primarily with a Chamonix 8x10.
