Are you multiplying the times all in reference to dilution A? I'm at a loss as to why you are doing this. It does not seem like a very practical way to figure out development times for HC-110. It's a well known, well used developer, and there are plenty of sources. Here's another: https://ludwig-hagelstein.de/the-unofficial-hc-110-helper/

This is the way it has always been done.

Of course, you would then fine-tune to fit your thermometer, metering, style and water...
