What I've heard:
C has better bokeh stopped down due to more aperture blades, CF has better contrast and less prone to flare - CF is newer, so (hopefully) more reliable sync and shutter.

Are there any other differences?

I'm going to pick up a 150 to use for portraiture, I do use studio strobes, so sync and flare are a concern.

First, get the proper lens hood for the camera.

Second, I am not sure Hasselblad USA has the parts for the "c" lenses anymore so repair could
be a pain in the ass.

Absolutely on the lens hood
The repair issue is a good concern - the parts are around, but will not be forever...

I have an 80 C T* now... I had to send it to David Odess for repair 4 months into owning it, and it cost an extra $300 to get it up to speed. All new shutter blades, and replaced sync mechanism.

But now that it's like new again, I love it. But I definitely don't want to repeat that repair cost!

I think the biggest concern about the difference between a C T* and a CF would be the older Compur shutter in the C lens. These shutters are now at least 30 years old, and are no longer factory supported. There is quite a supply of old lenses out there, and independent repair people have their own parts supplies, but these will be diminishing over time. I haven't heard anyone say yet that they CAN'T get a C lens repaired, but I would be concerned about it if I were using the lens on even a semi-professional basis.

A factory approved Hasselblad repairs-men told me that about 50% of the original parts of the Prontor shutter can be used to repair the Syncro Compur's, the Prontor is still in production...

I'm picking up a 150 CF tomorrow - actually getting a really good deal on it so the price difference between it and a C T* doesn't matter anymore. Which makes the pros of the CF far outweigh the C for me! Thanks everyone for the responses.

I cry with you...
