I'm in need of a standard Hasselblad quick release plate/apparatus.

I also could do with a Hasselblad side mounting level.

Not sure what you mean by “standard”. They varied by era. Basically 3 types: short, long, and snap-lok. The pricing varies, depending on the era with the newer ones generally priced higher. It doesn’t take much shopping to get a good deal on the long version, my preference. The snap-lok is always silly expensive.

The level might be useful to you but never was for me.

Learning to use the level is simple enough, it's usefulness depends on how you put it to use.

I write "standard" because the locking plate is the one im most likely going to find, and have done already.

Regardless of how you use a plate, if it is fast, simply and easy to workwith, it's a useful tool.

Cheers.

PS: FOUND... , quick release locking tripod plate, on Ebay.

I like a double- bubble spirit level on the accessory shoe.
