I purchased this, complete with one tray, a few years ago from KX Camera, so it has been refurbished and gone through. I paid $1,635 at the time, all in, receipt included. The projectors coming out of his shop are pretty much guaranteed to be as good as it gets. There are some marks on the body shell as seen in the photos, but everything works as it should. Lens (Zeiss 150mm Planar which is the nicest one to have for this unit) is without issues as far as I can see with the naked eye, and has always provided a wonderful viewing experience.
Original manual is included, and it's absolutely necessary.
One tray in excellent condition is included. The slides shown in the pictured tray are not included. The corded remote and new power cord are included.
Gepe slide mounts and replacement bulbs (one extra included) and more trays are still readily available, in case that would be a concern.
The projector is fine, and in the same condition it was when I purchased it.

Free shipping (and this is both very large and very heavy, so shipping will be very expensive and divided up into at least two boxes). I am selling and shipping this within the continental U.S. only, please. Thanks.

As far as references are concerned, I am more often over at rangefinderforum.com, in terms of posting and feedback and have over 750 positives and no negatives on eBay. More than happy to talk with prospective buyers.
This is a nice example of a great projector, with no issues at all.

Thanks for looking.

Bump. I must admit I was surprised by the lack of play this has received here. Maybe everyone already has one. Which would be great.

I would love too have it, but between the cost of the projector and 6x6 gepe mounts, its just too much to shoot slides like I do. It would be amazing to project 6x6 slides compared to 35mm tho.

You can easily re-use mounts. Also check ebay, there are sometimes good deals to be had on gepe mounts.
If you like slides, projecting is a must and not many projectors come close to the PCP  (and yes, I have one)
That thing's a beast, carrying mine from the store back home (a half mile walk) was an ordeal. Worth every pound (in every sense of the term!)

I’ll throw in a box of Gepe mounts, if that’s all that’s holding you back.

It might help if it was listed as an analog item, rather than a hybrid item.
I would guess that most of the people who would be interested in it lean toward the analog parts of the forum.
If I didn't have a good Rollei 6x6 projector .....

Thanks, I will see about changing it. I was assuming that if it was listed hybrid, then everyone saw it,, but I guess that’s only true if everyone subscribes to all three channels as I do (don’t want to miss anything.)
It’s pretty analog, that’s for sure.

Thanks again for the suggestion.

Edit: Doesn’t seem like I can change it from hybrid to analog. Going to “edit” allows me to change everything but that, unless I am missing something. Live and learn.

About ten years ago I would have jump to get it but instead I decided to build a darkroom.

Indeed. I for instance only enabled "hybrid" too when I realized by accident how many threads I missed due to such erroneous classification.

(This whole classification system is a mess, I once started a thread on this with proposals for Sean, but without efffect.)

Hi,

No it is 6x6, or 6 x 4.5 only, though I guess if there was a mask for 35mm slides in a 6 x 6 mount that would work, but that’s the only way it could be done.
I did sell this unit on ebay a week or so ago, anyway, and forgot to alter this listing, so I need to note that this projector is now SOLD.

Welcome!

As 35mm projectors are available for most of us for very little money it makes hardly sense to use a MF one for 35mm, other than saving space for a second projector.

Putting a smaller transparency into a larger format projector, by means of masking mount or adapter mount, means a smaller image than for the MF slide or, when changing the lens, a lesser bright image at same size.

There are though modular projectors (e.g. Prados from Leitz) where not only the slide stages, the lenses but also the condensers are interchangable between 35mm and MF format. But likely 2 dedicated projectors are more easy to find and less costly than one such MF projector with added 36mm kit or vice versa.
