Hasselblad H2 accessories help

I hope this is in the right forum...

My googlefu is failing me and continued use of force does not seem like a smart solution to my problems. Does anyone have information about how to get the Hasselblad H2's base plate on and off? Can anyone point me to how you're supposed to open the clasp rings on the strap?
