I bought this new old stock from Japan. Serial numbers match.
Its in minty condition to my eyes (and in use), but I'll let you be the judge. I shot two rolls through it on my SWC, but I prefer the simplicity of 6x6. I have the insert mask as well, its in storage and so I forgot to photograph it. Its in good condition as well.
