I've used the 90 and 45 prisms and the 45 was much more comfy.

Try holding the camera so you're viewing just over the top of the camera and see
how it feels. Then lower the camera about 3" & do the same. My wrists don't work too well with the eye level.

The 90 degree prism interferes with some film backs. I believe the Polaroid back is one of them.
