hi, are people still interested in spare 2000 series bodies?
i have:
1) a 2000fcw that some gears inside the body are broken.
2) a 2000fc that does not operate well, and mostly will not expose the film. it's shutter doesn't open at the right time, and/or for the right amount of time.
3) a 2000fcw that seems to work. i do remember on some photos, there was underexposure on the right side of the frame, almost like something was in the foreground, but there wasn't. the mirror padding is completely gone.

i've been using a 203fe for the last year or so, and although i like the simplicity of the 2000 series, i like that the 203fe works.
i was keeping the working 2000fcw as a backup, i would use it in a bind, but also feel like it's a waste to have it sitting there. and id be sketched that it even works well after sitting for so long, it would be the worst to have something fail on a main camera, and then use a backup and find out later that something doesn't work...
also, as far as i've researched 1 yr ago, no repair place will combine any of the bodies into a working one...
