Hi I bought a hasselblad 150 mm Sonnar C T*Lens very cheap as untested, so expected that I could get some issues, would be nice if it is possible to bring it back to Life.
The shutter Always fire at the same speed, extremly fast no matter which speed I set.
The EVL setting is very stiff, any ideas?
The rest seems to be ok.

Only two ideas: Have it overhauled or return it.

right idea

I suspect Brian has the right idea. You might fire the shutter many times to see if if loosens up -- this sometimes works. But with something so expensive....

What Brian said. Even if some firing off loosens things up and it starts to work more normally its obvious this lens needs an overhaul and CLA. I suggest David Odess if you want it done right. Or go cheaper and hope for the best or get it done "cheaper" twice. Or worse cheaper first time, then David Odess to do it correctly.

Synchro Compur shutters love to be perfectly cleaned and properly lubricated.

The advice to offer depends a lot on your skill level. Have you ever worked on a Synchro Compur before? I could be more specific about what needs to be done, but I don't want to waste your time if there is, in reality, very little likelihood of you doing anything I suggest, and more to the point, I don't want to waste mine, either. First, though, you'd better turn up and follow up your enquiry. Very, very few things online tick me off more than someone who indulges the goodwill of others to assist with a problem, and then buggers off never to be heard of again. With only a solitary post to your name, the onus is definitely on you to follow up your initial post. Over to you...

Hi, Thanks for your advice, I think I Will send the lens for service as I have never done work on these sutters myself, Will tre to remember to send an uppdaterad once it comes back from service.

Many thanks
Anders

+1 Get a CLA or return it.
