This is at EI50. Henning Serger suggests EI25 so that will be my EI for my next roll.

Isn't Scala 50 the same as HR-50 with speed boost? I thought the whole idea of speed boost was to enable this film to be shot at EI:50 than its true speed of 25.

Yes, it's the same film. You were in this linked thread, but start reading from here if you want more info: https://www.photrio.com/forum/threads/developer-for-aviphot-pan-200.182434/page-2#post-2397365 . His recommendation was EI50 in reversal and 25-32 in negative developers mentioned (FX-39 II and HR-Dev).
