It was recommended that I try Harvey's 777 (still searching for something like AB 55).

Are these the SAME developer?

I have read that they are NOT the same, but then I have never tried either one to know for sure. John W

When you use this developer replenished, it becomes most economical. I use 2 oz of developer per roll of film to replenish.

After about two gallon packs you have to dump a big portion of your working solution, unless you can get hold of the dedicated replenishing solution.
